Our Love Letter to you (Itinerary Example)

My Dearest Love

How time has flown since the last time I saw you.

I so long for us to be together again, I remember the last time you came to visit me.

On Our First Day:

We took the Cable Car up Table Mountain and spent the morning on the mountain overlooking the Cape of Good Hope. Together we explored the mountain on this the Southern Tip of Africa.

We watched the ships sail into the harbour and when the time came descended back to the ground.

We left for the Iziko South African Museum and spent our afternoon walking through centuries of history.

We ended our afternoon in the planetarium touching the stars.

On Our Second Day:

On our second day we went under water and watched as the sea life of this Southern Tip of Africa join us in celebrating our time together. We laughed and gasped while our breath was taken away by the Two Oceans Aquarium.

We then heard the call of Robben Island and boarded our boat to follow in the footsteps of those walked before us, a long walk to freedom.

On our return as the sun was setting, we got onto the Cape Wheel and watched together as the sun kissed the night.

Our Third Day:

Our Third Day we got onto the City Sightseeing Bus and what a day of adventure did we have. Our stop at the Kirstenbosch National Gardens was filled with strolling through the gardens, watching the waterfalls and walking amongst the treetops.

We boarded our bus again and got off at the Great Constantia Wine Farm. Oh, the wine and chocolate pairing, the tour of the wine farm, the wine tasting and the views, the forever views.

We boarded our bus again and got off at Hout Bay. We boarded a boat and watched was taken to Seal Island to watch the seals in the natural habitat.

On our return we boarded the bus again and stopped at Camps Bay to watch waves break on the pure white beach while sipping cocktails in the late afternoon sun.

After our cocktails we boarded our bus one final time for our trip through Bakoven, Sea point and back to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.

Day 4 of our adventure:

We ventured out early as the Cape Wine lands is calling, and we spend our day travelling from wine farm to farm at last arriving in Franschhoek. In Franschhoek we took the tram and sat back while visiting the wine farms, taking in the scenic nature, and tasting the food of the French Settlers of this corner of the Cape.

As the sun was setting, we made our way back to the city.

Day 5 and the call of the Whales:

On day 5 we made our way down the winding roads to Hermanus to see if we can spot the whales in the bay. We walked, laughed, and tasted the food, while watching the whales in the bay. The day flew by and before we know it, we had to make our way back to the city.

Day 6 Exploring the Cape Peninsula:

We left after breakfast and followed the road down to Muizenberg and walked on the beaches of Muizenberg. Time to leave for Kalk Bay and while in Kalk Bay visited the harbour. It was time for the Simons Town to watch and walk with the penguins at Boulders Beach. Finally, it was time to go to Cape Point. Oh, the memories we have of walking the hill at Cape Point and the forever photographs that was taken before slowly returning to the city.

Day 7 The Beaches, The Shopping:

On our last day we went to the beaches of Clifton. We lounged around taking in the nature and the surrounds relaxing and just breathing. After our day on the beach we ended our day at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront watching the sun set.
